At Wedenzy, we want your wedding shopping experience to be smooth and reliable. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that customized, made-to-measure outfits, altered items, jewelry, and intimate accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization reasons. Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
